Inmarsat services distributed by REACH will discontinue with effect from 1 January 2010. Affected Inmarsat pre-paid calling card owners can register for refund on unused card value between 1 December 2009 to 31 March 2010. Please find below details of the refund arrangement.

(1) Download & complete the Registration Form below
Refund of Mini-M Prepaid SIM Card

(2) Send completed Registration Form to REACH by fax or by post.

(3) After verification, REACH will send notification letter to card owners to confirm refund amount and available date.

(4) Card owners bring the registered Prepaid SIM Card and notification letter to REACH office and collect the refund cheque.
