GBS utilise REACH's highly resilient global network to provide connectivity not only to all major markets in Asia, Europe and the USA, but also to most harder-to-reach countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

REACH GBS offer a total end-to-end solution, including network design, provisioning management and arranging local tails, eliminating the burden of having to deal with many different carriers.

Service options include:

• Whole Circuits – "on-net" city-to-city connectivity at speeds from fractional T1/E1 to STM-16 and Wavelengths
• Half Circuits - long-standing, bilateral relationships with most of the world's major carriers - covering virtually every major global and regional trading centre
• One-Stop-Shopping ( OSS ) – REACH has agreements with more than 50 overseas carriers, offering customers a single point of interface for ordering, billing and fault management
• VSAT - employs satellite technology and utilises small satellite dishes at customers' premises to provide a point-to-point circuit to remote areas
• Lease or Purchase - REACH offers leasing from 3 months up to 5 years with attractive discount options for longer-term contracts. Purchases and Leasing of capacity on 5, 10 or 15-year terms are also available
